The auto-tracking functions of Rapid FX parcels have been released on the new mobile phones of TECNO and Infinix, covering flagship best-selling models which are paired with HiOS 8.0 and XOS 8.0 operating systems. With the subsequent large-scale update of the mobile phone system, more customers will enjoy these services. Let's take a look at how easy it is to use Rapid FX services on Infinix and TECNO mobile phones.
A text message will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone once having a delivering parcel. This message will trigger a Hiboard card to display the package status in real time. Once the package status is updated, the customer will automatically receive a notification on his/her phone. Customers can be rest assured that they are able to check the latest status of the package until they receive it.
Customers can also easily track the parcel status by clicking the Hiboard card on the phone. When a customer clicks ‘SEND PARCEL’, he/she will be redirected to customer service via WhatsApp. When a customer clicks ‘TRACK PARCEL’, he/ she will be redirected to the parcel tracking page on the Rapid FX website.
This function is currently applicable to these models: Infinix NOTE 11, Infinix NOTE PRO, Infinix Zero X NEO, Infinix Hot 10s, as well as TECNO Camon 18i, Camon 17, Camon 18. Rapid FX believes it is essential to provide fast, safe and reliable delivery services to our customers. On the 10th of November 2021, Rapid FX Express Nigeria held her annual Southwest Management Conference in Lagos, Nigeria. This conference was held with the sole aim of showing appreciation to Rapid FX Franchisees and various sites management teams, for their successful achievement in the year 2021. In attendance were top level management team members from Rapid FX Express, franchisees, site managers, supervisors and so on.
Highlights of this event includes the special address from the General Manager; Mr. Douglas Hu, who said “Rapid FX Express currently has a parcel volume capacity of 33,000 daily parcels, which is one of the highest in the industry in Nigeria currently. Our sole aim is to be the No.1 courier company in Nigeria”.
Furthermore, the head of Network development and management department in person of Mr. Ayodele Adenaike urged the franchisees to focus more on tactics aimed at growth and profitability, as this a major way to sustain the current success Rapid FX Express is experiencing.
Conclusively, a reward system was introduced that will see the best performing franchisee site get a whooping sum of One-million(1,000,000), followed by a Five hundred-thousand(500,000) reward for best performing Rapid FX owned site, followed by a Hundred-thousand-naira reward for best improved site.
On December 15th, the "Connect with Africa, Win Together” 2021 China-Africa Product Promotion Event organized by Rapid FX and kjwlbxs.com (An influential Chinese Cross-border E-commerce media) was successfully held.

The product display session for Chinese outstanding manufacturers kicked off with high expectation, representatives from Dongguan Goldstep Electronics, Mesky Technology, Riversong Technology and other factories introduced their products on the stage.

During the product display session, the manufacturers and overseas buyers had an online video interaction. Buyers’ representatives from Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya and Uganda shared their needs and requirements through videos.
Afterwards, there was a real-time Q&A session. The host guided Chinese suppliers to interact with African buyers. They focused on popular product categories such as 3C products, home furnishing, beauty and hairdressing, and discussed topics such as delivery and quality warranty. The suppliers actively answered various kinds of questions raised by the buyers, the event was in full swing.
The last session of the event was a sharing about "One-stop China-Emerging markets Logistics Solution", delivered by Mr. Yicun Bu, Rapid FX product senior manager. Rapid FX constructed a product matrix which consist of ‘Express’, ‘e-Parcel’, ‘Fulfillment by Rapid FX’ to provide a mature China-emerging market logistics network, aiming to help drive Chinese brands and logistics services to the globe, and to promote Chinese manufacturing to more regions on earth.
Finally, amid the prolonged applause, the event came to a successful conclusion.
This event facilitated a connection between Chinese manufacturers and African e-merchants. It is expected that more companies from China and emerging market will cooperate with each other in building greater business opportunities in the future.
On October 26, the 2021 Cainiao Export Logistics Partner Conference was held in Hangzhou, China. As the core partner of Cainiao's export business, Rapid FX was invited to participate in this conference, and won the "Best New Partner Award" for export logistics partners.

In June 2021, Cainiao and Rapid FX officially launched the China-Africa cross-border parcel transportation service, providing one-stop cross-border logistics services from China to 4 African countries (Nigeria, Morocco, Kenya, Ghana), allowing cross-border logistics from China to Africa. The transit time for international parcels has been shortened from the original 60 days to 14 days. After the launch of the African cross-border parcel transportation service, it effectively solved the problem of local consumers waiting too long for cross-border ecommerce parcels. Rapid FX has built up one-stop logistics solutions from China to Africa. When the parcels arrive in African countries, Rapid FX operation team will complete last-mile transportation and delivery. This process significantly improved local consumers’ experience. The service shortens the transit time, and provides one-stop logistics solutions including collection, international transportation, customs clearance, distribution, tracking, and after-sales services.
China’s exports to emerging markets such as Africa, the Middle East, South Asia grows strongly year by year. As an important logistics partner of Cainiao, Rapid FX will continue to focus on emerging markets, improve its international express network and global air freight service capabilities. On November 6th, at the 5th China International Import Expo, Speedata and Yunquna reached a strategic cooperation agreement. On May 27th, Rapid FX "MFM-KHI" charter cargo flight set off on time. Under the circumstance of disorder in the global supply chain and shortage of shipping space, the flight ensures effective transportation with cost-effeciency between China and emerging countries.
This charter flight will operate regularly, mainly serving the transportation of 3C electronic goods, e-commerce goods and other time-sensitive goods.
The self-controlled international air line-haul is a key part of Rapid FX's core logistics capacity. This regular charter flight ensures a reliable connection of transportation capacity between China and Pakistan. Karachi is one of the economic and financial centers of Pakistan and South Asia. It is also the largest city and port of the country and one of the most populated city in the world.
